If you are not 100% satisfied either with your experience during a session or the resulting images, I will work with you to get what you want by re-editing images, scheduling a new session or fully refunding your investment should attempts to address your issues remain unresolved.
All my prints and products are also guaranteed. I only use the top industry suppliers who use professional paper to ensure higher quality and fade resistance for prints and who use the best album printing and binding techniques available. Should you have any problems with a print, frame, album or any other product I offer, through no fault of your own, please contact me to see about reprinting, repairing or replacing it. Should damage to the artwork be caused by an event such as a flood or fire in your home, please contact your insurance provider. Through them, items may be replaceable should your session still be archived.
