It was a pretty brisk day when Cydny and I went out to shoot some portraits. Her location of choice was at a park out in Virginia. The location of choice was at the top of this long winding trail. Before we got to the top, I questioned whether I shouldn’t have opted for shooting her on the small beach at the base of the trail. I’m glad I didn’t as you can tell from some of the images we were able to get.
On our way back down the trail we were greeted and what felt like escorted back out of the forest by a group of deer. We were able to use the last bit of available light to shoot some nice portraits on the beach before leaving.
The best part about being a photographer is hearing about how much the subject enjoys the images that you create. That’s why I do what I do.
